License Requirements and Information For REALTORS®
24 hours of ADRE-approved Continuing Education (CE) Courses must be completed and uploaded at az.gov.webapp/dre every two years to renew a real estate license. Of the 24 hours required for renewal, you must obtain credit hours as indicated in EACH of the following subjects:

3 hours of Agency Law
3 hours of Contract Law
3 hours of Commissioner’s Standards
3 hours of Disclosure
3 hours of Fair Housing
3 hours of Real Estate Legal Issues
6 hours of General Real Estate*
*The 6 General Real Estate hours may be any in the above categories OR General Real Estate.
For Brokers, Designated Brokers and Managing Brokers
30 hours of ADRE-approved Continuing Education (CE) Courses must be completed and uploaded at az.gov/webapp/dre every two years to renew a real estate license. If you are unsure if you should complete the Broker Management Clinic, please contact the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
