All applications must be completely and accurately prepared. Any columns left blank on the application may result in disqualification. All qualifying transactions must have closed while the applicant was an active member and good standing with SEVRAR. (Dues must be current at the time application submission).
By signing the application, both the applicant and the Broker certify that all transactions and computations are submitted in compliance with these rules. Completed individual or team applications must be sent to SEVRAR'S Administrative Assistant, Barney Thornton, via email at email@example.com before Friday, Feb. 3, 2017. Arizona State transactions only.
