New Agents:
Agents must be active with your company at ADRE before they can sign up with SEVRAR and ARMLS.

An agent has 30 days after activating their license with an office to sign up with an Association. They can choose any association that the Designated Broker has membership with.

If the agent wants access to the MLS, you must provide them with a current copy of the ARMLS Subscriber Agreement, signed by the Designated Broker at the bottom where it says "MLS Participant". If they are opting out of the MLS, you must provide them with a signed MLS Waiver.

Annual Fees:

Association dues are due by January 1st each year

ARMLS dues are due on member's anniversary date.

Supra key dues are due in late September each year. Call 480-921-7777 for dues schedule.

An agent who has failed to join the Association within 30 days is considered a non-member. A non-member dues invoice is sent to the Designated Broker and those non-member dues are payable by the brokerage only.

Broker Certifications:
Once per year in August, Brokers will receive from SEVRAR a list of all active SEVRAR members listed with their company. Brokers need to verify this list is correct by making any necessary corrections on the list and returning it back to SEVRAR by the required date.

Brokers are required to notify SEVRAR in writing when agents(or non-members) terminate their affiliation with your company.

Office Information Changes & Updates
When a Broker has office relocations, branch openings or closings, you must notify SEVRAR of those changes immediately.

How often do I have to take the Code of Ethics? Is it Required?
SEVRAR requires our members to take the Biennial Code of Ethics training of not less than two (2) hours and thirty (30) minutes of instructional time. You must complete this training every two years, withing the two year cycle. Please visit our Code of Ethics page for more information on how to complete the Code of Ethics.

What do I do with my Education Certificates?

When you receive a certificate from an education course, you must logon to ADRE website to track your continuing education. You will need to enter the course code located on your certificate and the date that you attended class.
